Sigrid M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sigrid started their career in 2007 at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, where they worked as a Lead Staff & Inclusion Specialist for six years. In 2013, they transitioned to Curtis Wright - Exlar, serving as an Assembler for six months. Sigrid then joined Superior Management Solutions as a Sales Associate for two months in 2014. Later that year, they joined Regus and held various roles, including Senior Customer Service Rep, Regional Marketing Strategist, and Community Manager, where they managed client relationships and promoted the Regus brand. In 2018, Sigrid joined Alliance of Computer Professionals as an Operations Support Analyst, and the company was later acquired by DIVERSANT, LLC. At DIVERSANT, they continued their role as an Operations Support Analyst and also worked as a Strategic Account Manager, establishing strategic alliances and increasing revenue. Currently, Sigrid is working at Innova Solutions as the Lead of Recruiting Operations.

Sigrid M. pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Concordia University-St. Paul between 2015 and 2017. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
