Susan Hubbard

Susan Hubbard has held various roles in user experience research and strategy throughout their career. Susan most recently worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at DIVERSANT, LLC starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Aquent at Charles Schwab from December 2018 to May 2019. From February to November 2018, they worked as a Freelance UX Consultant, specializing in user experience research and experience strategy. Susan also has experience as a Senior Customer Researcher in the eCommerce Group at H-E-B from December 2016 to February 2018, and as a Senior User / Design Researcher at Capital One Investing Group from August to December 2016. Other roles in their career include Senior User Researcher at Pros Prescriptive Analytics via Vitamin T from November 2015 to March 2016, Senior User Researcher at Microsoft Azure Developer Division via Kforce Inc in October to November 2015, UX Specialist at Boeing via Tata Consultancy Services from June 2013 to January 2015, Senior User Researcher at Microsoft - IT via Filter Digital from July 2012 to January 2013, and Senior UX Researcher at Bluetooth SIG from November 2011 to July 2012.

Susan Hubbard completed their Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering with a research track at the University of Washington - College of Engineering from 2002 to 2004. Susan also attended Human Factors International to study Mobile UX Design and Best Practices, although the duration is unspecified. In 2010, they pursued graduate-level coursework in Marketing Research & Decision Making at the University of Washington - Foster School of Business, which lasted until 2011. Additionally, Susan completed various courses at the University of Washington, including Business Intelligence, Data Modeling, and Visualization. Finally, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington in the School of Communications, specializing in the New Media Technology track.
