Tim Lehman

Tim Lehman began their work experience in 1980 as an Electronics Tech at Rockwell Collins. Tim then worked as a Field Service Engineer at Siemens Stromberg Carlson from 1981 to 1987. From 1987 to 2015, Tim worked at Verizon Wireless and its former legacy companies, where they held the role of Operations Manager for Switch and Cell. During this time, they oversaw various responsibilities such as managing a market of 130 sites, supervising technicians, collaborating with different teams to improve network performance, implementing network standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Tim then served as a Telecommunications Engineer at Broadcast Services, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Construction Manager at HORVATH COMMUNICATIONS, INC, where they were involved in overseeing construction projects, performing site walks, coordinating utilities, and developing small cells and DAS systems. In 2021, Tim joined DIVERSANT, LLC as an MEC Engineer and also started working as an Engineer-Contractor at Innova Solutions.
