Claire Hunt

As a Senior Search Associate, Claire collaborates with search teams to recruit senior executives for mission-driven clients. She supports the search process through project management, candidate development, and client engagement.

Prior to joining Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group –, Claire served as Director, Talent for Teach For America, where she managed performance development, hiring, and onboarding for the Chicago regional team. Previously, Claire was the Director of Talent & Recruitment at a charter school on the South Side of Chicago. In that role, she led sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for a growing school team.
