Courtney Mizrachi

Courtney Mizrachi started their career at Ruth's Chris Steak House in 2016, where they worked as a Hostess for 4 months. In 2019, they interned as a Structured Finance Intern at EY for 3 months. Courtney then joined EY as a Structured Finance Analyst in 2020 and worked there until November 2021. Courtney then transitioned to a Chief of Staff role at Diversio, a Series A SaaS company, where they led cross-functional communication, built the HR function, managed recruiting efforts, worked directly with clients, prepared financial statements and investor reports, and managed KPI/OKR reporting. After gaining valuable knowledge and understanding of the organization in their Chief of Staff role, they moved to create the first product team at Diversio in May 2023 as the Product Lead. In this role, Courtney has been instrumental in iterating on the sprint structure, design methodology, and development process.
