Rocki Howard

Rocki Howard is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the human resources sector. Currently serving as Founder and Chief Diversiologist at Diversiology.IO since November 2023, Rocki also contributes as an advisory board member for both Informed Decisions and Wedge, focusing on data-driven and equitable hiring practices. As a podcaster, Rocki explores the significance of diversity through "The Voices of Diversity Podcast" and "Grown Woman Life." Previous roles include Chief Equity and Impact Officer and Chief People and Equity Officer at The Mom Project, where Rocki played a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive workplace for mothers and women of color. With experience as Chief Diversity Officer at SmartRecruiters and in various leadership positions at Resource Solutions and the Adecco Group, Rocki Howard has consistently championed transformative hiring practices and employee engagement strategies.
