Jim Bolch

Jim Bolch has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jim currently holds the position of Lead Operating Director at DiversiTech Corporation, where they oversee the manufacturing and supply of components for various industries. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Operating Director at PremiStar, a provider of aftermarket maintenance and repair services for HVAC equipment. Jim also has experience in leadership roles, having served as the Chairman of the Board at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, Synagro, and JF Petroleum Group. Jim has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at Launchpad2X and CB&I. Earlier in their career, Jim held executive positions at Exide Technologies, Ingersoll Rand, and Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.). Their expertise lies in management and overseeing operations in various sectors.

Jim Bolch earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University from 1975 to 1979. Jim then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida from 1979 to 1981. In 1997, Jim attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in July 1999.
