Jo Tilly currently holds the position of Research & Policy Manager at Diversity Council Australia Ltd. Previously, Jo has served in various roles at the University of Technology Sydney, including Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Manager of Research & Practice Development at the UTS Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion, and Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at the same center. Jo is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Inner City Legal Centre (ICLC). Jo holds a Master of Arts degree in Writing & Literature from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Science degree from UNSW.
