Scott Christensen

Scott Christensen has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Scott began their career in 2006 as an Operations Manager at Christensen Almond Farms, where they oversaw daily operations, managed an 80+ acre almond ranch, and led a team of five to 15 members. In 2014, Scott joined Amazon as an Area Manager, responsible for directing shipping and order fulfillment operations, recruiting and managing a team of 100 professionals, and implementing retention strategies. Scott then transitioned to Luxer One in 2017, working as a Project Manager. In this role, they cultivated relationships with stakeholders, managed client accounts throughout the project life cycle, and ensured on time and on budget delivery. Lastly, Scott joined Divert in 2020 as an Operations Manager, focusing on safety, training, and plant KPI development while overseeing a range of operational tasks.

Scott Christensen received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Stanislaus, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Scott later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2019.
