Stuart Downing

Stuart Downing has over 27 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Stuart started as a Sales Manager at Reed Business Information in 1994 before moving on to become a Recruitment Consultant at MSB International in 1998. Stuart later served as a Sales Director at Recruiter Magazine, Director at Life IT Recruitment Ltd, Founding Partner at Sublime Butter, and as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Redgate Software, Wargaming, and Science Group plc. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Divido, leading all hiring efforts for the company's growth in the UK Fintech sector.

Stuart Downing attended Skegness Grammar School from 1983 to 1990. Stuart then went on to study Politics/Sociology at London Metropolitan University from 1992 to 1995, earning a 2:1 BAHons degree.
