Adrián Jiménez Calzada

Adrián Jiménez Calzada has been working in the IT industry since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Técnico de Microinformática at Eprinsa, where they developed automated processes in Windows, installed equipment in workstations, and managed Active Directory. In 2018, they were an Analista-Programador asociado a proyecto at Universidad de Córdoba, where they were responsible for analysis and development of projects, web development and maintenance (PHP), and web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento S. L. as an Android Lead Developer and Android Developer. In their role as Lead Developer, they were responsible for leading a team of four members in the development of Android applications, and providing training and mentorship. As an Android Developer, they developed native Android applications (Kotlin) for banking entities in Spain, and maintained and developed the library used by banking entities in Spain to perform contactless payments with Android devices via NFC. In 2022, they began working as an Android Engineer at Divilo, where they are responsible for developing a native Android application (Kotlin) for a payment entity regulated by the Bank of Spain and specialized in freelancers and companies. Adrián is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Home Banking mobile application that allows contactless payments with Android devices via NFC without the need of a dataphone or other device, and analyzing and implementing new payment solutions.

Adrián Jiménez Calzada has a diverse education history. Adrián obtained a Máster Universitario Oficial en Ingeniería Informática from Universidad Pablo de Olavide between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería Informática from Universidad de Córdoba between 2013 and 2017, with a focus on Ingeniería de Software. Adrián also obtained a Técnico superior en diseño y producción editorial from I.E.S El Tablero between 2011 and 2013, with a focus on Diseño gráfico.
