Arjen Gjiriti

Arjen Gjiriti's work experience begins in 2015 as a Marketing Team Lead, where they formed a voluntary team and developed marketing strategies for local businesses. In 2018, they co-founded UP Sport, a platform that addressed challenges in the sports industry, particularly in the Balkan region.

From 2022 to 2023, Arjen worked at ASTech as a Business Development Manager, establishing lucrative partnerships and recruiting IT talent from the Balkans. During the same period, they also served as Chief Sales Officer and Head of Human Resources at Sturm International, achieving significant results in lead generation and team development.

As a freelance Business Development Manager from 2021 to 2023, Arjen specialized in driving revenue growth and attracting IT talent for software companies, with a focus on collaborations in Ukraine, Poland, the United Kingdom, Malta, the Netherlands, and the Balkans.

Currently, Arjen holds the position of Head of Business Development at division5, where they lead a team of developers and helps businesses overcome talent shortages through their Team Extension model.

Arjen Gjiriti attended Universiteti 'Fan S. Noli' Korçë from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Udemy and LinkedIn. In 2023, they completed the "LinkedIn Marketing, Lead Generation & B2B Sales for LinkedIn" certification from Udemy and "The Complete 2023 Web Development Bootcamp" certification. In 2022, they obtained the "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook," "B2B Marketing on LinkedIn," "Lead Generation Foundations," and "Critical Thinking" certifications from LinkedIn. Arjen also obtained the "How to Sell on Value, Not Price" certification from LinkedIn in 2023.
