Xheni Hoxha

Xheni Hoxha has extensive experience in finance and human resources. Xheni currently holds the position of Head of Finance and Human Resources at division5, where they are responsible for the entire hiring process and manages the onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at newwin for two years, overseeing the company's financial planning and supervising accounting and finance personnel. Xheni also worked as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Beme Shpk for seven years, where they were responsible for the financial health of the company and maintained proper books and records in compliance with local legislation. Xheni'swork experience showcases their expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and personnel management.

Xheni Hoxha completed a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance from UFO University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied Finance and Banking at UFO University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Xheni has obtained multiple certifications such as "Align Recruiting with Job Requirements" from HRCI, "Attracting, Hiring, and Working with Gen Z" from LinkedIn, "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" from the Project Management Institute, and several others in various areas such as critical thinking, employee engagement, and human resources. These certifications were obtained in May 2023.
