Tom MacMillan

Tom MacMillan is currently an advisor at Divurgent. Prior to this, they were a program manager at North Shore LIJ Health System from October 2010 to October 2012. In this role, they were responsible for clinical IT system standardization and alignment across the enterprise, as well as leading the effort to successfully attain $21MM in incentive funding from NYS for IT platform certification (Meaningful Use). From July 2000 to April 2002, Tom was the client services manager at United Payors and United Providers.

From June 2005 to October 2010, Tom worked at Courtyard Group as a director. In this role, they were responsible for US practice client revenue forecasting, talent development, recruitment, and strategy. Prior to Courtyard Group, Tom worked as a senior consultant at BearingPoint from April 2002 to June 2005. Tom also has experience as an advisory board member at Divurgent and on the board of directors at MediKeeper, Inc.
