Donna Harlan

As Director of Administrative Services, Donna works closely with human resources, finance, IT, administrative staff and the executive team. Since joining Dix & Eaton in September 2005, Donna has consistently taken on increasing responsibilities to improve the efficiency of the internal operations and quality of client service. Donna is a member of the Dix & Eaton 401(k) investment committee, Talent Management Team and valued by both internal and external clients for her responsiveness, knowledge of technology and upbeat attitude.

She previously worked with GrafTech International Ltd., Calfee, Halter & Griswold, and LTV Steel Company, Inc., where she spent 26 years in various roles.
