Hermes Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Consultant at Dixie Iron Works, LTD since June 2011, Hermes leads the establishment of operations in India and formulates market entry strategies. In a previous role as Sr. Industrial Engineer, Hermes managed a team focused on enhancing machine availability through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices. Additionally, Hermes has experience as a consultant and held engineering positions at UTC Power, Dixie Iron Works, LTD, and Krishna Knitwear Technology Ltd. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, an MS in Production Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and a BE in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
