Currently serving as the CTO and VP of R&D at Dixon Technologies India Limited, Srinivasan has held significant roles at prominent companies such as HCLTech, Mavenir, and STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, leading large teams in wireless product development and engineering. Srinivasan's expertise encompasses managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from initial design through to certification and production, with a strong focus on 4G and 5G technologies. With a solid educational foundation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Srinivasan has successfully driven major projects and innovations in telecommunications and related fields throughout a career spanning over three decades.
