Kate Steinbacher

Kate Steinbacher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and business management. As the President of The Coaching Advantage LLC since April 2001, Kate specializes in assisting coaches and consultants in transitioning from overwhelmed stages to achieving automated and paying client systems. In addition, Kate has served as a Partner at Coaches Console since December 2002, providing an online platform for life and executive coaches to enhance their business operations. Previously, as President of Educational Travel Associates, Kate developed unique travel programs for art and music groups, leveraging extensive travel expertise to create exclusive experiences. Kate's earlier roles include Cruise Director for Cunard Lines and HR Manager at UPS, where skills in strategic planning and customer service were honed. Kate holds a BA in English from Stonehill College and has achieved certification in personal and corporate coaching from Coach U.
