Ryan Richmond

Ryan Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently working as an Associate Security Engineer at Dizzion | Digital Workspaces since 2022. Prior to this, Ryan was employed at 5S Technologies where they held multiple roles. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Technical Account Manager, overseeing relationships with Managed Services customers and vendors, managing the Managed Services team, and monitoring customers' infrastructure. Before that, Ryan worked as a Technical Support Engineer from 2017 to 2020, where they were the first point of contact for Managed Services customers, researched solutions to software and hardware issues, and diagnosed and troubleshooted technical issues. In 2017, they also held the position of Desktop Support Technician, providing onsite IT support for a municipality and handling various technical tasks.
