Terry Ross

Terry Ross was appointed President of DJO’s Chattanooga business in December of 2019 and reports directly to DJO President & CEO Brady Shirley. Terry is responsible for the global strategy, marketing, product development, and supply chain of Chattanooga – the world’s largest manufacturer of rehabilitation equipment for treating musculoskeletal, neurological and soft tissue disorders. Terry spent the last seven years at Colfax where he served in a variety of international roles including Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, Vice President of Investor Relations, and Senior Vice President & General Manager of Reliability Services. Prior to Colfax, Terry led global businesses at Crane and Danaher after beginning his career at GE. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
