Anni Sawade possesses a diverse professional background with experience in various roles focused on research, consulting, and administration. Currently serving at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung GmbH as part of the Kompetenznetzwerk Demokratiebildung since December 2021, Anni previously contributed to the German-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce Inc. in both research and consulting capacities from July 2019 to December 2021. Anni’s earlier experiences include positions at Bielefeld University within the School of Public Health as an assistant in office administration and event management, as well as a research assistant for the "FlueGe" research programme. Anni began a career in the legal sector as a working student at the law office Rechtsanwälte Dr. Wehler, Feist & Kollegen from December 2015 to January 2018. Anni holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from Bielefeld University, completed between 2016 and 2020, and has studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
