Paul Nicandri

Paul Nicandri serves as the Chief Practice Management and Pricing Officer at DLA Piper since April 2014, overseeing practice group management, strategic pricing, and legal project management. Prior to this role, Paul was associated with Unisys from October 2004 to March 2014, where responsibilities included business development and management in a vice president capacity, focusing on delivering IT services to the Department of Justice and U.S. Courts. Earlier experience includes program management roles at SAIC, Telcordia Technologies, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where significant contributions were made in telecommunications and project management initiatives. Paul began a career in public service as a Legislative Assistant for Rep. Charles Canady, analyzing legislation and representing the Congressman among various stakeholders. Paul holds a Master's degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester.
