Jacky Stansfield Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

- From 1994 to 2002, Jacky worked as a Customer Account Manager at Smurfit Kappa.

- In 2002, Jacky joined DS Smith as a Regional Account Manager, managing accounts and delivering packaging ideas to various industries.

- In 2011, Jacky became the Managing Director of DLC Training, where they held this position until 2018. During this time, they also served as the Head of Client Relationships.

- In 2018, Jacky joined The Network 360 Group as the Head of Client Relationships. They also became a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management (ISM) in the same year.

- In 2020, Jacky became the Co-Chair of JOINED UP.

- In 2022, Jacky founded the Parallel Prospects Foundation and also became the National GAA Steering Group Representative & NEGAA Co-Chair at the North East Gold Award Association (NEGAA).

- Additionally, Jacky has been a member of the Advisory Council at IoSCM International since 2011.

Jacky also obtained additional certifications, including being a Fellow of ISM (Institute of Sales Management) from The Institute of Sales Management in 2018, an Expert in Supply Chain Management from IoSCM International in 2016, and PTTLS, CTTLS, and DTTLS certifications from Teesside University in 2011.
