Hanne Svejbæk Buchholdt

Hanne Svejbæk Buchholdt has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Hanne Svejbæk started their career as a Travel Consultant at Maersk DFDS Travel in 1996 and later worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant at Bennett BTI Nordic and BCD Travel. At BCD Travel, they also served as a Team Leader - Corporate Travel Operations. Hanne Svejbæk then transitioned into sales roles, working as a Sales Representative at Bisgaard ApS and as a Sales Representative and Interior Consultant at Højer Møbler A/S. Hanne Svejbæk continued their sales career at Acubiz A/S as a Sales Account Manager. Hanne then joined Siemens A/S, where they worked as a Travel & Expense Expert. Hanne Svejbæk later moved on to Siemens Wind Power A/S and Siemens Gamesa, where they held Team Lead positions and managed HR services. Currently, they are the HR Operations Manager at DLG Group and will soon take on the role of Head of People Services DK.

Hanne Svejbæk Buchholdt has a diverse education history. In 1991, they graduated from Viborg Handelsskole with an HH degree in Business/Commerce. In 1996, they completed the IATA/UFTAA Basic Course, earning a Basic Graduate degree in Geography. In 1999, they attended Aarhus Købmandsskole for Merkonom enkeltfag, focusing on Ledelse og Samarbejde. In 2004, they participated in the JUMP International and internal 18-month training program at TQ3 Travel Solutions. In 2006, Hanne completed the Grundlæggende Lederuddannelse (Basic Leadership Education) at IBC Kolding. Hanne Svejbæk also underwent various internal sales training from 2007 to 2014. Lastly, in 2016, they attended PM3 @Siemens.
