Currently serving as Director of Group Sustainability at DLG-koncernen since February 2022, and as a board member for several organizations including Fødevareministeriet's Plantefonden and Food Nation Denmark, Lave focuses on promoting sustainable practices within the food sector. Lave has held various leadership roles, including Development and Strategy Chief at Landbrug & Fødevarer and Chairman of the Milk Value Chain Foundation, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing agricultural sustainability and educational initiatives.
