The person who joins this role will be part of the Global Payins Operations Team responsible for ensuring deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with company standards. This person will interact with various interdisciplinary teams and will ensure the achievement of both group and personal objectives. This person will engage with regional teams across multiple countries around the globe, promoting practices of operational excellence. Collect and give visibility on KPI-based performance.

What I'll be doing?

  • Review and follow up on the completeness of internal processes related to new/existing processors during the integration life cycle (sign-off)
  • Work closely with the rest of the company to promote organized project management, focusing on good communication within different areas
  • Fully understand dLocal’s business to be able to prioritize the pipeline of new partner integrations, considering all region’s needs
  • Accountability of the cross-country processes to make sure all the regions accomplish their deliverables on time (auditing controls, SLAs, internal KPIs, etc.)
  • Give and demand visibility of ETAs and manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Redefine and create new processes to optimize resources and effort
