Maria Paz Olaso

Maria Paz Olaso has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Engineer Analyst at Meliter SA from March 2010 to March 2012. Maria Paz then worked as a Technical Sales Specialist at Artec Ingeniería from May 2012 to May 2014. Following that, they joined Linde as a Sales Application Engineer from July 2014 to February 2017, where they focused on generating commercial actions and providing technical advice on Linde's product portfolio. Maria's next role was as a Sales Coordinator at Linde from February 2017 to November 2017, where they were responsible for developing a sustainable business strategy and leading the search for new business opportunities. Currently, Maria is employed at dLocal, where they started as a Business Development Manager in March 2018 and is currently serving as the VP of Sales from January 2020 to the present.

Maria Paz Olaso completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from IAE Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Montevideo between 2007 and 2013.
