Susan Orlandi

Susan Orlandi is a highly experienced design professional with a focus on enhancing human experience through innovative design solutions. Currently serving as Principal and California Regional Workplace Leader at DLR Group since August 2020, Susan has previously held key leadership roles, including Associate Director and Interior Practice Leader at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill from January 2016 to May 2020, and Design Director at Gensler from February 2004 to January 2016. With over three decades in the industry, Susan has honed expertise in sustainable, high-performance design while leading teams to create transformational environments. Susan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 1980 and 1985.
