Sam Clark

VP, Information Technology Services at DLT Solutions

Sam Clark is the Vice President, Information Technology Services at DLT Solutions, responsible for leading the strategic direction and implementation of DLT’s IT capabilities. Sam joined DLT in 2000 as an IT consultant supporting internal systems development before joining the company full-time in 2006 to oversee the migration to DLT's proprietary, purpose-built CRM. Sam has lead the DLT development team on the architecture, design and development of its internal systems and championed the work to productize DLT's portal system for customers and partners.

Previously, Sam spent two decades working for government agencies including DISA, FAA, and NSA. During this time, Sam was the lead technologist working on the analysis, development, administration, engineering and testing on multi-million dollar projects ranging from satellite communication systems management to large document and records management systems.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mary Washington College and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
