Roman Kashlakov

Roman Kashlakov, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project controls and planning/scheduling roles. Roman currently works as a Lead Project Controller at DMC Mining Services. Prior to this, they served as a Project Controls Manager at Responsible Mining Solutions (RMS) and as the owner of Kashlakov Consulting. Roman has also worked as a Project Controls Manager at Worley, as well as in project controls roles at TESC Contracting Company Ltd. and Stuart Olson Inc. Roman started their career as a Senior Planner/Scheduler at Hatch, where they were involved in major projects such as the Tasiast Project for Kinross Gold Corp. and the Koniambo Nickel Project for Xstrata Inc. Roman also worked as a Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer at Bouygues Offshore.

Roman Kashlakov, PMP obtained an Engineer's degree in Oil, Gas and Power Engineering from Kuban State Technological University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
