Liz Gillingham

Liz Gillingham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at DMH Stallard LLP since April 2021, Liz specializes in data protection, business sales and acquisitions, corporate finance, and various commercial agreements. Prior to this role, Liz was an Associate at Penningtons Manches Cooper, focusing on IP, IT, and commercial contracts, and held various positions at Penningtons Manches LLP, primarily dealing with mergers and acquisitions. Liz began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Slaughter and May, where valuable training across multiple legal departments was undertaken. Liz holds an LLM from the College of Law, a LPC and GDL from Nottingham Law School, and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Manchester.
