Anil Arora

Anil Arora is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at DMI Finance Private Limited since January 2018, Anil has previously held the position of Senior Manager - Operations at Janalakshmi Financial Services, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end operations for business and mortgage loans across North India. Anil played a significant role in managing and training a team of 24 managers and executives, as well as representing the company in legal matters related to mortgage transactions. Prior to this, Anil worked at Barclays Private Bank as Manager - Operations, focusing on CASA and liability products, and at Standard Chartered Bank in card operations. Anil holds a Diploma of Education in Sales and Marketing from NIS and a Bachelor's degree from CCS University.
