Bechir Ben Othmane

Bechir Ben Othmane is a highly experienced IT professional specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and software consulting. Currently serving as a Senior ITSM Consultant at DMI since September 2022, Bechir focuses on the implementation, improvement, and optimization of IT processes. Previously, Bechir worked as a ServiceNow Consultant and ITSM Consultant at Devoteam from March 2019 to September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a software consultant at Sms/Tunisie Electronique/MIPS (Groupe TUNELEC) from September 2015 to March 2019, where Bechir was responsible for implementing complaint management processes and managing IT services.
