Maria Pilos

Maria Pilos has a strong background in marketing and leadership roles. Maria is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at DMJPS PLLC since 2022. Prior to that, Maria worked as the Director of Marketing at Johnson Price Sprinkle PA starting from 2015. In this position, they oversaw and managed the firm's marketing activities, including branding, public relations, website, and social media efforts, as well as facilitated new client growth.

Before joining Johnson Price Sprinkle PA, Maria worked as a Corporate Facilitator/Coach at Priority Management International, LLC from 2007 to 2015. Maria facilitated various corporate training programs and coached clients individually and in groups. Additionally, Maria conducted DISC Behavioral Styles workshops tailored to each workshop.

Earlier in their career, Maria served as the Development Coordinator at Veritas Christian Academy from 2003 to 2006. Maria implemented and executed the organization's marketing strategy and managed the financial development plan directed by the Board of Directors.

Maria's work experience also includes being the Founding Executive Director at Kids Voting Buncombe County from 2000 to 2001. In this role, they collaborated with the Asheville City and Buncombe County School systems to implement a curriculum and coordinated polling sites with the Buncombe County Board of Elections.

Throughout their career, Maria Pilos has demonstrated strong leadership and marketing skills, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

Maria Pilos has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Maria also holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on human systems and psychology from East Carolina University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Life Coach from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, CA, and as a Certified Facilitator/Coach in DISC Behavioral Styles from an unspecified institution. Maria also has a certification as a Certified Facilitator/Coach in the Priority Management Working Smart Series from Priority Management.
