Jonathan Landa, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan began their career at the Bureau of Land Management in 2013 as a Fire Range Technician. In 2015, they worked as a Structural Student Engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & IMF. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Civil Engineer at Kiewit, where they executed material takeoffs, performed engineering calculations, and prepared data packages for submittal. Jonathan then joined Lochner in 2017 as a Project Civil Engineer, focusing on roadway designs and serving clients in Washington state. Jonathan also acted as an Assistant City Engineer in Carnation, WA, where they managed engineering design projects for public works and land development. Most recently, they are employed as a Civil Design Engineer at Horrocks Engineers.
Jonathan Landa, P.E. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Jonathan has additional certifications, including OSHA 10 - Construction Safety and Health obtained from Red Vector in November 2018, Professional Engineer (PE) obtained from the Idaho Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors in June 2021, Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) obtained from the Washington State Department of Ecology in August 2017, and Engineering In-Training obtained from the State of Washington in November 2016.
