Joshua Alpers P.e.

Joshua Alpers, P.E. is a traffic engineer/modeler with experience in conducting traffic modeling, capacity analysis, and various transportation-related assessments and reports using software such as PTV Vissim, Synchro, and Cube. Joshua has also worked on research projects and internships related to civil engineering and transportation. Joshua holds a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
