Alison Warren, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources (HR) field. Alison began their career in 1998 as a Human Resources Administrator at AECOM (was ENSR International) in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. In 2006, they moved to UTC Aerospace Systems - ISR Systems Division as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In 2015, they served as a HR Advisor - Maternity Cover at Ishida Europe Limited in Birmingham, United Kingdom. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist - Contract at WinterWyman in Boston, Massachusetts. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Care Dimensions (formerly Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston) as a Human Resources Manager and Sr. HR Generalist/Business Partner. Currently, they are a HR Business Partner at DN Tanks.

Alison Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 1982 and 1987. Alison also holds a CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management, Level 5 from Heart of Worcestershire College, which they obtained between 2015 and 2016. In 2018, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
