Sebastien Devaux

Sebastien Devaux has been working in the HR and Talent Acquisition fields since 2021. Sebastien currently holds the role of HR Business Partner at InstaFreight and Talent Acquisition Manager at fliit. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at VISABUERO from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at the Australian Red Cross as an Acting HR Business Partner, HR Shared Servies Team Leader, and HR Coordinator. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Rodd & Gunn as a Salesperson, Manager, and Store Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Store Manager at French Connection, and from 2003 to 2008, they worked at Harvey Norman as an Operations Manager, GIR Clerk, and Salesperson.

Sebastien Devaux completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology at Macquarie University from 2009 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Cert IV in Digital Media from TAFE NSW in 2007. Sebastien also has a number of certifications from Udemy, Recruitee, LinkedIn, and other institutions, obtained between 2020 and 2022.
