Albert Chan

Albert C. serves as the Enterprise Vice President and Chief Health Information Officer as well as the Chief Digital Health Officer at Sutter Health since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading digital health initiatives and championing telehealth implementation. Additionally, Albert holds a position as a Board Member for Sutter Care at Home, is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, and participates in various committees and advisory boards, including the Telehealth Advisory Committee at Epic and the Telehealth Task Force at the California Medical Association. Albert's educational background includes an MD from UC San Diego School of Medicine, an MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University, and a BS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
