Arja-Riitta Pesonen

Arja-Riitta Pesonen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Arja-Riitta began their career as a Sales Assistant Trainee at Finapar in 1994. In 1996, they worked as a Secretary at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. From 1997 to 2001, they served as a Marketing Assistant at EKE-Electronics Ltd. Arja-Riitta then joined DNA Oyj in 2001, where they held various roles such as Team Leader, Back Office and Development Manager, Customer Service. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Group Manager in the Delivery Department and later as a Customer Service Manager in the Corporate Customer Service division. Finally, Arja-Riitta served as the Head of the Department, Corporate Customer Services at DNA Oyj from 2016 onwards.

Arja-Riitta Pesonen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies and Modern Languages at Helsinki Business Polytechnic from 1993 to 1996. Arja-Riitta also obtained a Specialist Qualification in Product Development from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus, where they studied between 2014 and 2016. In addition, they pursued further education in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, earning a JET degree from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus between 2010 and 2012. Arja-Riitta Pesonen also completed an MKT program at Markkinointi-instituutti from 1999 to 2001. Arja-Riitta holds various certifications in areas such as data-driven process improvement, AI in business, business analysis, and process management, among others.
