James Dunphy

James Dunphy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee relations, recruitment, and workplace safety. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services since November 2020, James previously held roles at Kinectrics, where responsibilities included managing HR processes, nuclear security clearances, and employee recruitment. James's experience also encompasses supporting pension and benefits operations, coordinating safety training, and maintaining employee records. Prior to these roles, James gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ontario Power Generation and as a VIP/Player Services Coordinator at Casino Rama Careers.
