Spencer Barnes

Spencer Barnes is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and computational biology, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at DNAnexus since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Bioinformatics Programmer at Monoceros Biosystems and as a Computational Biologist II at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where collaboration with multiple labs led to several published works. Spencer also contributed to the development of analytical pipelines for diverse next-generation sequencing data.
