Uttam Kumar Bhatta

Uttam Kumar Bhatta is an experienced technology leader with a background in engineering and program management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Kore.ai since June 2022, Uttam focuses on developing advanced products for contact center agents, leveraging LLM, NLP, generative AI, and deep learning to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer at MMCC India PVT Ltd, Uttam led the expansion efforts for K-12 schools and project management consultancy. During a significant tenure at Kony, Inc., Uttam held various leadership roles, including Director of Program Management, where responsibilities included product roadmap development and enhancing user experience for banking solutions. Uttam's earlier roles included software engineering and project leadership at MOPL and foundational contributions to the core Blackberry team. Currently pursuing a PG program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Uttam holds a BTech in Mobile Technology from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology.
