Mihail Dumitru P.eng.

Mihail Dumitru P.Eng. has a diverse work experience in the drilling industry. Mihail started their career at OMV Petrom as a Drilling Engineer in 1998, where they worked until 2005. Mihail then joined Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they held various roles including Drilling Engineer, Drilling Application Engineer, Team Lead, Drilling Applications and Engineering, and Project Manager from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Precision Drilling as a Senior Drilling Optimization Engineer and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Drilling Performance Engineer at DNO ASA, starting in April 2022.

Mihail Dumitru P.Eng. completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering at Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești from 1993 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science in Technology degree in Drilling Technology at the same institution from 1998 to 1999.
