Peter Sahlström

Peter Sahlström has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at DNO ASA since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Equinor as a Project Manager in Supply Chain Management from January 2018 to April 2020.

Before their role at Equinor, Peter held various positions at Statoil. From January 2015 to January 2018, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Procurement International. Peter also held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain Management for Operational Procurement & Materials Management from January 2013 to December 2014.

In the automotive industry, Peter worked at Volvo Car Corporation as the Vice President of Purchasing for China Operations from January 2011 to December 2012. Before that, they held the position of Director of Facilities, Materials & Services Purchasing from May 2010 to December 2010.

Peter'scareer also includes international experience with Mazda Motor Corporation in Hiroshima, Japan, where they worked as the Deputy General Manager in the Purchasing Division from July 2008 to April 2010.

At AutoAlliance International, Peter served as the Vice President of the Purchasing Division from May 2006 to June 2008.

Peter began their career at Ford Motor Company, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Supplier Warranty Programs from May 2004 to April 2006, and Purchasing Manager from May 2001 to April 2004.

At Volvo Car Corporation, Peter served as the Purchasing Manager from August 1998 to April 2001, and as a Buyer from October 1996 to July 1998.

Peter'searly career started at Volvo Group as a Controller from December 1990 to August 1991, and as a Forwarding Agent from November 1988 to December 1990.

Peter's first job was as a Forklift Driver at Volvo Car Group from June 1988 to November 1988.

Peter Sahlström pursued their education from 1991 to 1996 at Stockholm University, where they obtained an LLM degree in Law.
