Kristine Njærheim

Kristine Njærheim currently serves as the Head of Group People Processes and Diversity at DNV since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kristine held the position of Head of People at Atea Norge from April 2020 to December 2022 and worked as Vice President HR at Statkraft AS from October 2007 to April 2020. Additional experience includes being a Member of the Board of Directors at BKK from October 2013 to June 2017 and serving as an Organisational Consultant at Sykehusapotekene ANS from January 2005 to October 2007. Kristine has also worked at Shell as Head of Learning and Development, at Hartvig Nissen Secondary School as Form Master, at Ajourit as Senior Consultant in Competence Development, and at Elkem AS as Business Analyst and Consultant. Kristine holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Surrey, a Master of Management in Learning and Development of Intellectual Capital from BI Norwegian Business School, and a Cand. mag degree from the University of South-Eastern Norway, complemented by training at Befalsskolen for Hærens Samband.
