Asim Bashir Bajwa BEng MIET has extensive work experience in the technical services and engineering field. Asim started their career in 2006 as a Team Leader at PRESCON Pakistan, where they led various testing projects in Pakistan and UAE. Asim managed a team of test engineers and performed routine condition assessments and specialist fault investigations on generators, MV motors, transformers, and HV equipment. In 2009, they took on the role of Manager Technical Services at PRESCON, where they continued to oversee technical projects until 2011.

In 2011, Asim joined Doble PowerTest UK as a Senior Test Engineer, where they conducted testing and analysis on electrical equipment. Asim remained in this role until 2021.

In 2012, Asim transitioned to Doble Engineering Company as a Technical Services Manager, responsible for managing and providing technical support to clients. Asim has been in this position since then.
