Shandilya Thandra

Shandilya Thandra began their work experience as a Research Intern at ITC Limited in May 2016, where they completed an internship in the field of research until July 2016. They then joined Kantar in September 2017 as a Project Management Analyst and remained in that role until February 2019. In March 2019, they were promoted to Senior Project Management at Kantar, where they stayed until October 2019. From October 2019 to January 2021, Thandra worked as an Associate Project Manager at MetrixLab. Currently, Thandra is employed at Kensium as a Project Manager, having started in February 2021.

Shandilya Thandra completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri indu college of engineering and technology, from 2011 to 2015. Before that, from 2009 to 2011, Shandilya attended Narayana junior college and obtained a Board of intermediate degree with a focus on M.P.C. Starting in 2015, Shandilya pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Analytics from Aurora's business school, which was completed in 2017. Prior to these educational achievements, Shandilya completed secondary education at gowtham model school, receiving a SSC degree. Shandilya also obtained certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2021 and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, as well as an internship at ITC Limited.
