About This Opportunity:

Demand Capture at Docebo is a critical acquisition function with significant investment behind it. Your #1 objective is to own and manage paid search campaigns with the goal of acquiring the best fit customers for Docebo at the most efficient cost. 

You are a strategic thinker, not a bidding machine. We are looking for someone who can go beyond front end metrics like CPC and CPL — and connect the dots to sales qualified opportunities and revenue. 

We are looking for someone who can work with creative and content teams to create winning campaigns. You will collaborate with RevOps to uncover where our highest intent traffic opportunities exist — and drive that traffic to meaningful landing pages — ultimately converting website visitors into qualified pipeline opportunities for our sales organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Global SEM campaigns across Google and Bing.
  • Implement demand capture programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Own all key elements of paid search campaigns including account structure, campaign management, bidding strategy, spend optimization, performance reviews and reporting.
  • Conduct meaningful experiments to challenge norms, break the status quo and prove / disprove hypotheses on a monthly basis.
  • You will test landing pages, bidding strategies and ad headlines to come up with winning variations to be deployed across all campaigns.
  • Achieve CPA, CAC and CAC:LTV targets across brand, non-brand and competitor campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our content team to produce brilliant ad copy and landing page optimization strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute the localization and verticalization of regional ad copy and landing pages.
  • You will listen to sales calls and understand customers deeply.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of SEM experience, ideally in a B2B / SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of growing revenue through optimization of paid search campaigns.
  • Experience with Gartner Digital Markets — Software Advice, GetApp & Capterra is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Demandbase.
  • Incredible communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).
  • Can explain data: Must know how to “tell the story” which connects the dots from leading indicators (web conversions) down to lagging indicators (SAL, SQO).
  • Content-driven: You can work with creative and copywriting teams to build high converting landing pages, advertising headlines and execute testing ideas.
  • Fiscal acumen: We need someone that can own budget planning, forecasting, and managing advertising channel mix efficiently.
