Michelle Thiessen

Michelle Thiessen, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior Global HR Business Partner at Docebo since March 2022, supporting the Sales and Revenue Strategy organizations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Kepro, leading employee relations for 1,500 staff in the United States, and served in several HR capacities at Diebold Nixdorf, managing HR for 750 associates in a field service organization. Michelle began the HR career at Maxim Healthcare Services, where responsibilities included recruiting healthcare professionals and consulting with clients for staffing solutions. Michelle holds a B.S. in Communications/Human Relations and Sociology from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas, along with a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
